In 2020, I was just 26 when I heard the words "you have cancer",
Â
A diagnosis of stage 3 aggressive breast cancer was the last thing I expected in my mid twenties but it was unexpectedly the most beautiful journey of healing, one that forced an old version of myself to collapse, for a new version to come to life.

Unfortunately my own journey with cancer wasn't the first time cancer had changed my life. At 16, my precious mother passed away from a rare ocular melanoma that had aggressively reoccured several years after her original diagnosis. Years before that, I watched my mum's mother succumb to the same disease and even now it's hard not to hear or find a story of someone's life that hasn't been affected by the words cancer.Â

I did the conventional treatment, the chemo, the surgery, the radiation but I knew pretty quickly there was more to it. There was a reason my body allowed cancer to grow, and there was things I could do to make sure it did not return. So I went on my own journey of learning, reading, surrendering, letting go, and ultimately changing my entire life.

Over the past 6 years i've been on a journey of change and inner healing. It allowed me to see areas of my life that needed addressing at a root level. I began eating plant based, I addressed nutritional deficiencies, prioritised sleep, left my job as a nurse, reduced my exposure to toxic chemicals, started to feel emotions I have suppressed for years along with many other changes. Things that unfortuanely many oncologists won't tell you.Â

I understand the shock, the confusion, the anger, the fear, the grief and the pain that a cancer diagnosis brings and I want to help. I truly believe it's the nutrition, lifestyle and emotional changes I made as to why I am still here and thriving. And I believe every woman deserves to know them and have the support along the way.

My mission...
To help woman realise they have more control over their health and diagnosis than they may realise. I want woman to be empowered, to live in less fear and to feel what it's like to thrive.

Cancer was my wake up call .... and I feel it is yours too

With love, Tallara

Foundations to true health
Body
The health of our bodies is strongly aligned with what we eat, what we drink, how we move, sleep and regulate.
Environment
Our environments are just as important and we must be concious about how all these external factors impact us on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.Â
Mind
We cannot deny anymore the power our minds have over our health. Thoughts, beliefs, fears, stressors, trapped emotions and behavioural cycles all influence our physical health.
